How it works
After completing our Phase 1: Project Discovery & Preliminary Planning Report, you will have a clear, high-level estimate of your total project cost (including our management fee and construction costs). We encourage you to use this report to gather quotations from other reputable general contractors.
We will refund your Phase 1 fee if our total project cost estimate is not lower or within 15% of the average quotations from other general contractors. This is our commitment to you: professional guidance that not only delivers on quality but also on your bottom line.
